Terms and Conditions

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking (10% of this in non-refundable). The remaining 70% is due 30 days before travel.

For cancellation between 90 and 30 days before travel the full deposit will be charged

For cancellation after 30 days, 100% of the invoice will be charged

In extreme circumstances discretion on the above policy will be used by Offbeat Safaris on a case by case basis but we strongly advise you to have insurance for this.

Payment should be sent by cheque or transfer to the account indicated by us at the time.

We reserve the right to increase rates with six months prior warning.

Indemnity Forms

Please be aware that some of the properties within the Offbeat Safaris portfolio will require that all guests sign an indemnity form. These forms will explain the risks to you and indemnify the properties and related companies against claims by you. If you are not willing to comply then in certain circumstances you may not be allowed to take part in some activities.
